About the Outbound Sales Representative position

Position type: Full-time
Location: Remote job (America, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and Asia)
Reports to: CEO

Day Translations is looking for an energetic, focus, and self-directed sales representative that can prospect and qualify new sale leads for our various language services and our Day Interpreting Application. At Day Translations we are not just focused on selling but creating new and long-term business relationships with our prospects and clients. We are looking for closers who also pride themselves on their integrity and work ethic.

Job Duties and responsibilities:

  • Meet and / or exceed sale quotas.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • Develop and deliver presentations of our services and products.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Maintain a well-develop pipeline and strong ongoing relationships with prospects.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in the Language Service Industry is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Familiar with CRM and sales software in order to generate leads and analyze the statistics of sales and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Strong decision-making, attention to detail, organizational and skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native or C1 level) and fluent in a foreign language.

Candidates should be prepared to take additional tests/interviews.
