Getaway builds tiny houses, places them in the middle of nature, and rents them out by the night to people looking to disconnect and recharge. Our company is growing fast and receiving national attention. As our company expands, we are in need of a detail-oriented, self-motivated, quick-learning, problem-solving, “people person” to support our Guest Experience Team. The primary responsibilities of this position are anticipated to include: Responding to inquiries from potential guests in a timely manner, which may take the form of text, email, phone, and social media interactions. Maintaining the Getaway brand voice through all guest communication. Providing booking and communication help for important internal programs. Other responsibilities may include: Helping the Guest Experience team with service recovery. Assisting in sales and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to: email campaigns, tracking waitlists, and managing relationships with recurring guests. Location, schedule, and compensation: Remote; candidates from anywhere in the U.S. will be considered but hours are EST. Inclusive of benefits.
