Partner Account Manager - iGSI'sLocation: Open, United StatesWe are looking for a highly motivated leader and team player to join the Global Alliances and Channel, Partner Account Management (PAM) team to design, launch and support a plan to accelerate the growth of our business with a couple of top Indian GSI's. This is a key strategic role that requires a balance of strategy with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality. Success requires the design and execution of a plan that leverages the partners strengths, aligning those with Salesforce growth demands and driving mutual success.You are a highly motivated team player with expertise working in a fast paced, cross-functional manner. You have the ability to establish broad senior level relationships. You have a proven track record on delivering results and getting things done. You are smart relationship manager with a strong business acumen, with an ability to manage the short term goals, while building a strong long term meaningful relationship. You are able to effectively communicate and build relationships with key executives at GSI's.Key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, alliances, marketing, legal, operations and SI partners. Maintains a deep understanding of Salesforce technology and articulates Salesforce propositions to new and growing partners. This individual will hold the accountability for achieving and exceeding the performance targets with Indian GSI's in the AMER market.Key Responsibilities
+ + Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace
+ Secure and maintain the executive sponsorship and relationship with key iGSI's.
+ Engage with sales leadership and the regional Partner teams to define pipeline development initiatives and own the execution of those.
+ Establish relationships and drive GTM with key Industry leaders at the GSI's.
+ Drive account planning sessions with key strategic accounts.
+ Collaborate with the GSI's and Salesforce practice development teams to build capacity.
+ Build internal brand awareness of Salesforce within the systems integrators, and the partners brand within the Salesforce.
+ Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the partner relationships.
+ Politically astute, good understanding of business, and able to ascertain key decision makers
+ Broad-based business and technology expertise with 10+ years of alliance sales, partner management and business development experience
+ Experience as an Alliance manager with a history of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships
+ Strong understanding of and experience operating of the region.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue through Indian GSI partnerships.
+ Sound business acumen skills; thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
+ Good knowledge of Salesforce technology and applications products/solutions, platform and cloud solutions.
+ Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills
+ Ability to work both independently and with a team
+ Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders - from individual contributors to senior executives across internal and external teams.
+ Willing and able to travel.

+ Business, or Engineering Bachelor's degree (MBA degree is preferred)
