The Latin America (LATAM) Red Hat Training team is looking for a Partner Sales Account Manager to join us in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will work with our Training team in LATAM to lead training bookings through our channel partners and the Red Hat Training reseller community. You'll need to have excellent communication and marketing skills, a history of successful partner management and previous experience with implementation of partner sales enablement activities.


  • Implement sales and marketing programs with our partners
  • Provide sales training and other sales enablement activities for key Training team’s partners
  • Collaborate with our marketing teams to develop and design key partner marketing initiatives
  • Attend forecast calls with our key partners
  • Support existing partner program activities with the Red Hat’s distribution channel
  • Collaborate with Red Hat Training Sales teams on partner sales opportunities
  • Work with Red Hat Partners on Red Hat Learning subscription renewal opportunities
  • Attend monthly sales and marketing face-to-face meetings with local training partners
  • Support partner-led virtual and live events
  • Assist the senior training partner manager in setting and implementing strategic partner program initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 4+ years of channel management experience
  • History of meeting sales and bookings objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good understanding of partner sales and marketing
  • Ability to work on your own or as a part of a team
  • Fluent language skills in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
