We are now looking for a People Generalist to ensure we enrich organizational maturity with professional hiring and people operations done right.
What you will do:
- Cover full cycle recruitment for various roles, nurturing passive and active candidates pipeline
- Implement all your creative and innovative ideas in recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding
- Initiate and support people operations projects (Engagement & Retention, L&D, Communications, etc.)
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
- 2+ year experience in in-house recruitment (sourcing, nurturing, screening, and competency-based interviewing are your best friends)
- True passion and love for what you're doing and people around you
- Impeccable communication skills, followed by Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency
- Market research skills and an analytical mindset
- Exceptional time-management skills and superpower to meet timelines
