Simply put, Cleo … never stops The Position Cleo is looking for a Principal Implementation Engineer / Java Developer to join our Services team to be a key participant in the integration, system testing, training and implementation activities that relate to Cleo Application Connector. This position can be based out of any one of our offices in the US or work remotely from anywhere in the US – it is all about finding the right fit! Ideal candidates possess a strong background working with various APIs and developing integration solutions. What You Will Be Doing Java and API development for application integration Developing connections using Cleo frameworks Author clear, concise, and thorough specifications and documentation. Establish and document best practices to assist in making day to day work more efficiently Requirements Bachelor’s degree or related technical degree from a four-year college or university (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study) Strong Java development experience Understanding of software design principles API development Working knowledge of agile software development life-cycle Ability to unit test developed code Ability to take detailed functional specifications and implement into code Experience writing technical descriptions related to developed features Ability to break down complex problems logically Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, confident with customers and business partners Benefits Competitive base salary Great Healthcare + Dental + Vision 401k with company match Opportunity to work on large, high impact projects Ongoing training and development
