**The kind of person we’re looking for:**
You should love talking to customers and identifying and researching about their problems, working with product managers and engineers to brainstorm and design solutions.
Your communication needs to be crystal clear, leaving no room for assumptions. You should be willing to take feedback from real users on your design and work on improving them - if that’s what it takes for people to just get it. And you are mindful of usability principles when you’re making things.
And of course, you have pretty good taste - the kind of taste that helps you separate the usual from world class.
# Responsibilities
**The kind of work you’ll be doing:**
* Talk to Freshworks customers for researching and refining problem statements.
* Design low fidelity mockups to test ideas throughout the course of research.
* Take feedback from our customers, product teams and iterate your design based on it.
* Design modern, high-quality solutions to solve problems that emerge via user research, relying on universal usability principles. This includes digital screens, flows, interactions - everything that needs to come together for a product to have a stellar user experience.
* Articulate your solutions and clearly communicate why you’re making certain design decisions.
* Collaborate with product managers - right from user research to the final_rev_feedback_version_reallyfinal_promise.sketch.
* Understand that words matter as much as the pixels. You can’t walk into Freshworks and use lorem ipsum.
* Champion good usability in everything that we do!
