We are an innovative company currently in "stealth mode" that is transforming pediatric mental healthcare. Our mission is to provide effective anxiety care for children/adolescents and their families when, where, and how they need it. Through this mission, we are expanding access to care, increasing engagement in treatment, and improving treatment outcomes. We are doing this by combining research-backed clinical care and innovative technology to eliminate the major problems with care today: difficulty finding providers, months of waiting to be seen, arduous onboarding processes, and inconsistent use of evidence-based therapies and outcomes tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design UI, user flows, features and experiences for the Stealth Startup care platform
• Produce low and high fidelity designs and prototypes, and demo videos
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, other stakeholders to define product strategy and execute on project objectives
• Conduct user research and user testing
• Participate in Design Thinking sessions
• Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• Give and solicit feedback effectively and frequently
• Lead the company design system and brand guidelines

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed in the Role

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience at a technology or product-driven company
• Experience using and building design systems
• Strong empathy for end users
• Have a broad skill set including: IA, interaction, visual design, user research, mobile design, front-end development
• Have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS and can communicate design effectively to engineers
• Energized by solving difficult problems and creating intuitive, simple experiences
• Frequently share your opinions and challenge assumptions
• Adaptable and able to perform in both detailed and ambiguous situations
• Work autonomously and as a valued member of the team
• Think strategically and execute tactically, often influencing the definition and direction of a product
• Always strive to improve your skill set and expand your knowledge
• Experienced in creating various design artifacts and understand how to use them effectively to communicate
• Collaborate well with others and are dedicated to the company's success
