We are currently looking for a Product Designer (m/f/d) based in Berlin or working remotely.
Your mission with us:
Bring Lingoda's visual appeal and interaction experience to a word class level.
Your tasks:
- You will drive the visual experience of our platform and services, by defining patterns, styles and transactional elements used by the whole product team while developing the platform
- Creating, applying and maintaining a flexible but incisive design system with patterns and micro-interactions, used with multiple services, touchpoints and by multiple people
- You will work closely with brand and marketing to align on a visual language, which fits perfectly with product needs, but is aligned with marketing and brand aspects too
- You will work in a POD together with Devs, PM, QA, plus shared resources from UXR and in alignment across all mission teams (other Designers) and departments (Stakeholders)
You bring to Lingoda:
- A degree in Interface Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a comparable discipline
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or User Interface Designer working in an agile environment
- You are a creative mind and want to set the design benchmarks in our industry
- You have experience in creating, applying and maintaining a flexible but incisive design system with patterns and micro interactions, which is used in a product system with multiple services, touchpoints and by multiple people
- You know how to work with brand guidelines and can help to develop them according to product specific needs
- You know how to work in an agile environment in direct alignment with PM and Engineering and in sync with a bunch of other designers with shared responsibilities
- A good understanding of front-end technology (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
- You are self-organized and can juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
