AdHawk is looking for a passionate, data-oriented Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. If you’re

What You'll Do:
- Be the voice of the users and keep cross functional teams accountable to the AdHawk mission
- Partner with our engineers, designers, and data scientists to build outstanding products that meet the needs of both our users and the business
- Conduct user surveys and interviews to drill down into the core of user challenges
- Help conceptualize new features and drive rapid prototyping sessions to validate and assess ideas
- Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative data to help drive product decisions
- Gather business requirements and cost estimates, determine feature sets, set expectations and drive the development cycle
- Manage communications across teams to maintain transparency of your team’s products/features and their statuses
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years of product experience or relevant experience required; similar industry experience preferred
- The portfolio of products that you’ve built is diverse and has dealt with numerous audiences and has driven all sorts of KPIs
- Experience with the agile scrum processes
- Experience with understanding the key components of a product, vertically slicing features into manageable chunks and coordinating their deliverables across multiple teams
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the style can be tailored depending on audience
- Successful track record in making data-driven decisions that had positive impact to the organization
- Experience with XML, JSON, SQL, CSV, Excel preferred
