About the Position The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering the roadmap for Comprehend Systems platform and analytics applications. Our cloud-based analytics solutions are enabling clinical researchers to manage the risk and performance of their clinical trials in real-time. The Product Manager will work with our customers, prospects, partners, industry thought leaders, engineers, and customer success managers to define analytics application goals, design solutions, document requirements, and bring these solutions to market. The Product Manager will report to the Vice President of Product Management. Responsibilities Successfully work with Comprehend Systems’ customers, industry thought leaders, engineers, customer success managers, and partners to define the evolving vision for our analytics applications for clinical research Construct business cases that guide the application evolution Define product roadmap Define and prioritize application requirements across all aspects of the Comprehend Systems’ Platform data ingestion, API development, user experience, and analytics applications Compose user stories and participate in daily standups Evangelize the applications to customers and partners Responsible to be aware of and trained in Information Security Accountable for abiding by Security SOPs Qualifications Successfully grown business intelligence, business analytics, ETL, KPI, dashboarding, or data modeling product Strong product management experience with business intelligence or analytics products Excellent project management, organizational and time-management skills Strong data driven, analytical and results oriented Solid understanding of analytical and predictive modeling techniques including statistical analysis and machine learning Proven track record of taking ownership over projects and succeeding, able to make solid judgments and reaching decisions quickly Passionate about designing and bringing to market exceptional analytics solutions Must have a polished background in successfully working with customers to understand their challenges and needs Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude The ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Work Experience 3+ years of product management experience within the business intelligence or life sciences industry Education BA/BS required in computer science, data science or equivalent.
