Who You Are:

As a Product Manager at Formstack, you’ll be at the center of business, customer needs, and internal stakeholders. You will own a key part of the business to ensure we’re delivering value to our customers and impacting the market. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to clearly identify customer needs and ensure the team delivers solutions that our customers want and need.

What You’ll Do:

You will identify new opportunities to grow product revenue and customer value via quantitative research, customer conversations, internal conversations, and reviews of industry best practices. You will collaborate with the rest of the product team, with stakeholders, and with design and development to build a prioritized roadmap of opportunities. Ultimately, you will own the end-to-end success and quality of projects from requirements definition through design, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.

How You Will Succeed:

You like to talk to customers and understand their pain points so we can solve them.

You thrive where data science, code, and market strategy overlap, and understand the nuances of business intelligence and financial forecasting.

You love data-based decision making but also love solving customer problems.

You are adept at prioritizing, decisive when organizing and are great at communicating both with ease.

You see problems as opportunities and proactively develop the knowledge and skills needed to solve those problems.

You enjoy iterating, assessing, tweaking, and trying again.

You enjoy working with cross-functional teams.

You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

At least 2 years experience as a Product Manager (or be crazy ambitious and talented)

A track record of successfully launching and growing software products and services

Have led cross-functional or cross-platform efforts and are a clear communicator to tech and non-tech stakeholders

Ability to proactively grab data and turn it into an insightful story

Ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts and shift gears often

Entrepreneurial spirit and experience in a SaaS growth company are highly appreciated
