It allows small/medium ecommerce companies the chance to give an Amazon-like experience to their customers by helping them optimise their inventory and shipping.

We recently raised $5m from one of the top London VC’s, Octopus, and we are using the funds to expand the team with the best talent we can find.

The Role

You will identify and execute on the biggest opportunities to drive Veeqo’s new product-led growth strategy. You’ll use a combination of quantitative results, qualitative research and customer insights to identify high friction areas during the user onboarding / activation journey, develop solutions and achieve KPI targets. We measure the following KPIs: number of ecommerce retailers who sign up, execute key activities and complete self-onboarding.

Working closely with 2+ engineers, you will also collaborate with UX designers, product marketers, other core product managers and a leadership team that cares strongly about product-led growth.

How you will work:

• You are scientific in your approach. You’re curious, highly analytical and data-informed in decision making. You ask five whys before you are satisfied. You measure results and iterate until the KPI targets are achieved
• You understand the need for speed at a startup. Perfect is the enemy of good, whether it be in user research or developing features. You prefer to make improvements through rapid iterations
• Proven ability to learn quickly in ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English. You’re able to collaborate, persuade and manage cross-team stakeholders at a remote-first workplace

Role requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience. A bonus if the experience is in Product-adjacent domains (e.g. engineering, design, data science, analytics, product marketing, marketing, sales)
• Previous Product experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Much more important is potential and ability to learn quickly
• Overlap a few hours a day with UK timezone
