Tesorio is a high-growth, early-stage startup that has just closed a 10MM round with Madrona Venture Group. We’re backed by some of the most prominent VC firms (First Round, Y Combinator, Floodgate) and finance execs (such as the previous CFO of Oracle, the previous CFO of Yahoo!, and the founder of Adaptive Insights). Our product has been in the market for 18 months, and our customers include Spotify, Box, Twilio, and Veeva Systems.

You’ll work on a category-defining product from a very early stage, so your impact will be significant. 

What's the opportunity?

Tesorio has been investing in our Collections product for 18 months. This product enables finance teams to manage their cash flow by accelerating collection on their invoices and making strategic decisions about when to spend. Tesorio is looking for a Product Manager to take over as the leader of this product. We have achieved product/ market fit - the product is considered indispensable by companies like Veeva. Your job will be to build on this initial success with a vision for how the product can scale and continue to unlock customer value. You’ll lead a team of researchers, designers, and engineers to build, test and iterate your way to scale.

• You have experience thriving in a fast-moving agile environment, defining while shipping and always iterating. 

What will I be doing?

• Working closely with customers and the Tesorio team, you’ll define a  new version of the collections product and take it to market.

• Lead a team of researchers, designers, and engineers through iterative cycles of build and ship, and test and learn.

• Manage the entire product development cycle and work cross-functionally to ensure deployments are successful for our companies.

• Work with researchers and designers to understand our customers’ jobs to be done, and validate and de-risk concepts before a line of code is written.

• Define success and use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed product decisions.

• Work with our Customer Success team to prioritize and act on feedback.

What skills do I need?

• Experience and domain knowledge in finance, particularly in how finance teams operate  in medium-sized and large companies. 

• An ability to build simple and elegant products - in a market that requires the ability to design systems that help users manage complexity.

• Ability to translate concepts into detailed specifications.

• Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, both qualitative and quantitative, and provide strong rationale for your decisions. 

Where will I be working?

Tesorio is headquartered in Burlingame, 20 minutes south of San Francisco. This role is open for both onsite and remote candidates.
