As a PM, what is more satisfying than launching a new product?

That's exactly what we're doing with Order Management, in Salesforce's Commerce Cloud. We're expanding our team of top-notch, kick-butt Product Managers (in conjunction with our awesome Engineering, UX, and other functional counterparts), to deliver the next-generation Order Management System.

Order Management is a new product category for Salesforce to enter. We want to help our B2C and B2B customers create amazing omnichannel order experiences, from shopping to purchase to fulfillment to modification. A great Order Management System delivers a great product experience and helps organizations achieve operational excellence. We will connect orders from our Commerce Cloud digital storefronts, work with customer support agents using Service Cloud, and offer "clicks, not code" declarative tools to administrators to help manage complex integrations with ease.

Who are you?

+ An experienced PM (3+ years experience) with a passion for building great products

+ Have professional experience in retail or e-commerce

+ Exceptional communicator and storyteller

+ "Get sh*t done" attitude, with a proven history of delivery

+ Good at talking to customers, and supporting sales.

+ Have experience working highly-technical or platform features.

+ Experience building in a micro-service way

+ Strong working knowledge of UX design and a track of building usable, intuitive products

+ Take joy in taking hard problems and working them to elegant solutions

+ Thrive working on highly collaborative teams

+ Fun to work with. You bring your authentic self with you to work
