Salesforce Service Cloud - Field Service Lightning (San Francisco)

This is seen as the leading implementation of Service Cloud around the world and it is truly a "customer zero" experience where you will get the opportunity to work closely with R&D team to implement our beta features before the rest of the world in context of the Field Service Lightning product. Salesforce uses our Field Service Lightning product right now for managing a vital function of our customer support, support appointment self-scheduling. But the additional use cases are lining up!

Product Manager - Ask Astro - San Francisco

Salesforce is looking for a Product Manager within the Business Technology (BT) organization who will support delivery of solutions related to the employee experience. "Ask Astro" as it's referred to, is our one stop shop application for any questions a Sales focused employee may have here at Salesforce. These searches/questions may come in many topic areas from Marketing Content, Demo material, quote support, commission status, sales policy, upcoming events, to more common technical support related questions. This application is core to Salesforce's Sales employee experience (primary users are Account Execs, Solution Engineers, Services), and timely resolution of an employee's questions in a concise and efficient manner is paramount to ensuring our ability to grow. As such, we endeavor to ensure Ask Astro offers cutting edge technology, using not only our own product capabilities in Service Cloud, but much more with respect to Chatbots, Einstein, LiveMessage, LiveAgent, and custom application development. The current state of the product is custom screens built on top of Salesforce's own Service Cloud (managed by a separate team) for case management capabilities. This role would require work with geographically dispersed scrum team (engineering is located in Portland and potentially Hyderabad, India) and business partners on implementing and scaling Web and Mobile applications. This role will work with business stakeholders from Sales, Revenue Operations, HR, IT, other Salesforce product teams and more.
