Product Marketing Manager Role

As the first member of the Product Marketing team you will be responsible for defining and executing our product marketing process. You will be expected to dramatically improve our understanding of our key audience and help us ensure that our product development, marketing and sales efforts are on target.  You will work closely with the Executive team, Product Management and Sales to establish Flux as the defining force in the next generation of building data technology.

Location

The Product Marketing Role can be filled by the right individual from any location. Candidates outside of San Francisco, New York and London will need to demonstrate a higher level of domain expertise and a track record of working from a remote office.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic go to market analysis and planning
  • Customer research and product positioning 
  • Raise construction understanding and empathy within Flux
  • Partner with Sales, R&D and other marketing functions to produce impactful sales collateral, product release messaging and more
  • Work with sales to craft effective lead generation programs
  • Competitive Analysis

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B software product marketing experience
  • 5+ years in software marketing
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Hard working and inquisitive
  • Metrics-driven mindset
  • Passion for teaching and educating others
  • Background in the construction industry a major plus
