REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a talented product owner that lives and breathes for a great product. One who is great at translating business requirements into user stories and specifications. Is that you? Then we would like to get to know you!

You will be working in an agile team following our own version of the Scrum methodology and reporting to Head of Product. Our workflow is focused around 2 week sprints.

Responsibilities:

• Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Work with our development team and support it in its daily operations
• Groom and prioritise the backlog
• Plan and manage releases, from deployment to customer communication
• Work with other team members like business development, operations or customer service to ensure that the desired economic and operational KPIs are defined and met
• Drive project timelines and deliverables
• Question the status quo and come up with new ideas

Your profile:

• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, stress resistance and passion to solve big challenges in a simple way
• Ability to understand stakeholder’s needs and turn it into well-structured and clear user stories and specifications
• Understand complex technical architectures of modern web and mobile applications
• Strong project manager with a proven track record of delivering world-class products; experience in leading cross-functional project teams in an agile environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Be able to think highly analytical and creative and combine both
• Experience in a FinTech startup is a plus
