Product Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Product Development, you will be working to help the team identify, prioritize, and define product enhancements and features. You will work closely with the users and our product team to ensure we continue to offer a best-in-class solution to all our customers.

In this role, you will work closely with other departments and users to collect and analyze product feedback. You will take ownership of product features and enhancements, creating and clarifying the requirements to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our customers. And once we’ve finished with the product definition, you’ll work across the organization to communicate the product team’s vision.

You’ll need at least two years of experience in product management as part of a SaaS product team. You should have experience documenting user stories and product requirements, collecting customer feedback, and analyzing competitive products. We’re looking for sharp, energized applicants with strong communication skills and a track record of collaborating across teams.
