The Red Hat Enterprise Applications E-Business Suites (EBS) Enhancement and Support team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. Our team focuses on the enhancement and development of the Oracle EBS system and integrated applications in support of the order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and project accounting business processes on an enterprise level. In this role, you will be leading and supporting one or more project-related workstreams. These project teams may extend cross-functionally to other towers across the IT department and will interface heavily with our business stakeholders and internal customers. In addition, you will manage business processes while working with business customers to develop business procedures.

• Be responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully planned, documented, and controlled through defined measurements of success
• Manage project budget, scope, resource requirements, and project schedule to meet the feature and functionality requirements and quality standards of offerings
• Oversee project staffing, including allocating internal associates, software engineers, test engineers, architects, analysts, vendors, partners, and subcontractors
• Maintain and track scheduled events and project or program milestones to ensure that key deliverables are completed according to established deadlines
• Manage risks and dependencies across the project workstreams throughout the project life cycle
• Facilitate cross-team coordination by reaching out to the larger organization for impediment removal
• Manage team roadmap programs for Oracle EBS and integrated applications
• Coordinate and interact with business partners to review and validate business policies and procedures

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in a technical project management role with experience in both waterfall and agile systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Expertise in creating project plans, schedules, and resourcing plans with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Proven success in a project manager role, working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams on large-scale, enterprise projects
• Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing work environment
• Advanced communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a friendly and assertive personality
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple critical tasks
• Willingness to work outside of core hours, as needed, based on project demands and resource availability
