Required Qualifications   - 4+ years experience as a Project Manager - 2+ years planning / executing / overseeing  software development projects and schedules - 2+ years working with stakeholders to identify project requirements and create master schedules - 2+ years exposure working with software teams that adhere to an Agile Scrum methodology - 2+ years experience creating user stories and tasks in an issue tracking software application for developers - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and concepts - Perform scope, risk, financial, and schedule management functions - Perform project planning activities to meet goals within the expected timelines - Strong initiative and self-starting abilities.     - Experience creating custom timely status reports on project progress.   Desired Qualifications   - Experience serving in the Product Owner role in an Agile Scrum environment - Experience creating mock ups and flow diagrams to convey and document complex designs to stakeholders - Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence - Experience maintaining a master schedule - Exposure to project management applications to assist in effectively managing software development projects - Proven track-record working remotely / independently
