Bertoni Solutions is looking for a Project Manager & .NET Developer. The Project Manager & .NET Developer is responsible for managing the execution of the different tasks of the projects, being the visible face of these, that is to say, the person in whom the general responsibilities fall and who makes the estimates on the capacity of effort of his collaborators.

Responsibilities

Among the responsibilities of a Project Manager & .NET Developer we have:

• Being the link between the team and the client, especially when it comes to setting the project objectives and reviewing the different stages of the project
• Being in charge of planning the different phases of the project, setting deadlines and assigning the different roles
• Allocate the resources of a project always trying to get the most out of them
• Manage the external relations of the project, as well as acting in a project intervention capacity
• Propose changes and modifications to the roadmaps showing flexibility when something does not work out
• Establish measurement indicators to determine whether the planned work is being carried out as planned
• Reporting on project execution and, above all, on the achievement of the objectives set at the beginning of the project
• Motivate your employees on a daily basis and instill in them values such as solidarity, negotiation, mutual assistance, etc.
• Support in the various phases of development and maintenance as part of the software lifecycle which includes design, build and testing of code to create new functionality and/or adapt an existing framework according to the requirements
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and improve back-end applications and procedures related to server-side applications, web services, APIs and databases
• Write clean and maintainable code demonstrating good knowledge of object-oriented programming and other software patterns

• Computer technician, engineering or related career, completed or in progress
• 3 or more years of experience developing web applications with .Net technologies, including: C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Net Core 3.1+
• Proven experience in project management, coordinating work teams
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Proficient in German, English and/or Spanish
• Desirable: Mindset and Agile frameworks
• Desirable: knowledge in Frameworks like Angular and React.js
• Desirable: Professional Scrum Master I (PSM™ I de Scrum.Org), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certifications
