The Project Manager/Producer will assist the Lead Project Manager as the primary point of contact for our clients and the liaison between our clients and internal team members. They are responsible for the end-to-end communication, from proposal stage through site launch, ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget. This is a contract-to-hire position for the first 3 months.

A day in the life:
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager to account for the completion of all client related tasks
- Monitor and facilitate communication between all parties involved on any given project
- Plan, manage, and adjust project timelines
- Onboard new clients, lead kick-off meeting with both client and team, and execute post-launch follow-ups
- Meet with clients to update on project progress, confirm priorities, and gather necessary information
- Assign tasks to internal team and client
- Act as a knowledge base for clients, clearly breaking down complex concepts or directing them to the resources to address their needs or concerns
- Ensure projects are staying on track and within budget, communicating regularly with internal team members and the client; escalate issues or red flags
- Execute client requests and tasks to move a project forward that do not require development

- Are able to assert yourself to reaffirm our processes (be kind, but don’t be a pushover!)
You’ll get bonus points if you:
- Have ecommerce experience, especially Shopify
- Have experience in a client-facing role
- Have an interest or basic understanding of Design and/or Development
