Job Description

What you will do:

• Test a wide variety of features including real-time telephony, front-end UI, award-winning AI, and the most comprehensive set of 3rd party integrations in our industry
• Contribute tests, code, and new ideas to our automated testing platform
• Participate in our agile scrum process – aligning and optimizing QA with dev activity through design reviews, standups, retrospectives, mentoring 1-on-1s, root cause analyses, and more.
• Provide insight and feedback during product feature planning

• The ability to reason effectively about sophisticated business logic
• The ability to run, maintain, and adapt scripts (ruby, shell, etc)
• Good team communication skills
• Sense of ownership and drive
