We are looking for a top Quality Assurance Engineer to automate testing for high-quality software for both internal products and clients. In this role, you will be working alongside industry-leading developers, designers, and QAs to solve problems using software. We are looking for a top Quality Assurance Engineer to automate testing for high-quality software for both internal products and clients. In this role, you will be working alongside industry-leading developers, designers, and QAs to solve problems using software. You will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality work with clients ranging from fast-growing startups to multi-billion dollar corporations, while developing and building your own skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automation test scripts using JavaScript and Selenium.
- Write clean, secure, efficient and maintainable automation code.
- Build and maintain frameworks and the inventory of automated test suites.
- Build automation code after performing manual testing.
- Primary point of contact for triaging automation failures and bring them to resolution.
- Design automation test reports, risk identification and defect analysis to communicate with project managers, developers and stake holders.
- Collect automation failure metrics, analyze root cause and recommend corrective measures.
- Technical knowledge on testing tools to successfully debug automation test scripts and avoid false positives.
- Work closely with Development, Product management, 3rd Party Vendors and Functional QA Teams.
- Act as the knowledge expert and staying up to date with trends and technology in software testing frameworks.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of working experience in the field of QA automation using selenium.
- Working knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Ability to learn and write production-ready code.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Have strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
