Position Overview

A revolution cannot be done alone, and we need the best and brightest talent to continue our growth into the new modern workplace. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Quality Assurance Manager, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Associate Director, QA & Compliance, you will be supporting our Legal & Compliance team by analyzing and plan methods of approach to help develop, test, implement, and monitor a custom quality assurance program for the Company while also managing a team of Quality Assurance Analysts to assist you with this support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Gather requirements in order to build a comprehensive Quality Assurance program, including audit functions, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.
  2. You will engage deeply internally across the company, with clients and partners to identify problem areas within internal processes and streamline those processes. You will be encouraged to experiment, build, and think holistically to create game-changing solutions.
  3. Assist in establishing processes for risk assessment, implementing necessary policies/procedures, creating a confidential reporting structure/investigation process, complete third-party security management and due diligence programming, develop training/communications for the Company and organize and monitor the quality assurance audit process for the service delivery and technology solutions processes and protocols.
  4. Support the Company’s efforts in obtaining and maintaining quality certifications, including but not limited to ISO9001, ISO27001, SOC1 and SOC2.
  5. Coordinate with the various Product teams to assist with product testing processes in order to identify and analyze problems, particularly when problems occur in multiple products, and recommend and facilitate solutions to these problems and ensure efficient roll-out.
  6. Lead a team of Quality Assurance Analysts (2-4) tasked with carrying out the specific functions and tasks of the Quality Assurance program.

 

About You

  • 5+ years of hands-on quality control experience, with corporate compliance expertise a plus
  • Four-year accredited undergraduate degree, Masters in Business Administration preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
