Our Company is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ Receptionist/Switchboard Operator . As one of the points of contact with technician reporting and customer account balances, CSR’s/Data Entry are very important to our operations and should provide excellent customer service.Essential Functions:    Acts as the Receptionist to arriving guests    Greets guests in a professional and courteous manner    Operates the switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate department/person    Processes incoming and outgoing mail    Performs general administrative duties as assigned    Maintain a professional atmosphere in the lobby    Work cooperatively with supervisor and co-workers    Performs other related duties as assigned Entry Level Qualifications:    High School Diploma or equivalent    One to three years experience in the operation of a switchboard    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills    Basic  Windows/Microsoft Office skillsQualified Candidates are eligible to benefits include:    Health,    401k plans.    Paid Time Off    Holidays    The pay rate is good    Online Training
