We are looking for a Recruiter to join our organization. In this position, you will identify and source talent for our various teams. You would be directly responsible for sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, assessing candidates, and developing effective practices to ensure a qualified, high-caliber candidate pool.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Hiring Managers of our various work verticals.
  • Work with our Human Resources team to develop recruitment strategy, protocol, and procedures.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with HR, senior leadership, and Hiring Managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels are met.
  • Forecast and address potential turnover and churn.
  • Work with Human Resources and Marketing to create unique and consistent branding and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment search engines, community organizations and agencies, area job centers, colleges, trade schools, and more to aid in the execution of recruiting strategies.
  • Remain active on social media forums that reach potential candidates.
  • Work with our marketing department to maintain and enhance the corporate Careers website.
  • Possess and maintain ongoing knowledge of the latest recruiting strategies utilizing a high level of creativity and latitude.
  • Create and manage a consistent communication flow to all candidates.
  • Conduct initial electronic and phone screening of candidates, updating status in our tracking system.
  • Maintain constant communication with senior leaders and Hiring Managers on active candidates and engage their involvement in the interviewing process.
  • In collaboration with HR, our leadership team and Hiring Managers Managers drive the selection process - including background check, assessment, compensation recommendations, and offer letter.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions. Advise when revisions need to be made.
  • Conduct periodic market surveys on market pay rates, commission/bonus structure, and benefits.
  • Track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process to demonstrate recruitment effectiveness and identify gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Abide by company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations.
  • Under the direction of HR, be a vital source of recruitment and human resources information to our employee base.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Passion for recruiting and people development
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening, probing, assessment, and critical thinking skills
  • Willing to take the initiative and work independently when needed
  • Outgoing, engaging personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commensurate with applicable experience. Semi-annual bonus.
