The nuts and the bolts of the role

As a Remote Recruitment Manager at First Engineers, you are responsible for managing a team of talented and ambitious individuals. You will offer development and guidance and have the P&L responsibility for your own team, as well as the overall responsibility for client, candidate, and employee satisfaction. You will be working hands-on with your own recruitment projects, which will be an important part of the role.

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Inspire and mentor the remote team of recruiters to reach objectives
  • Resource allocation and planning
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Hands-on recruitment on client projects
  • Identify and take action on competency gaps and under-performance
  • Coach and manage the performance of team members
  • Promotion planning
  • Plan social activities for the team
  • Part of management discussions to solve bottlenecks and challenges
  • Contribute to improving management guidelines and principles

 

Requirements

  • Higher education (bachelors or masters) within a relevant field - HR, business, tech, administration, to name a few
  • 4+ years experience with recruitment/the HR function
  • Experience with leading end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience with leading a recruitment team
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing and assessment within the Tech market
  • Track record within project management
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Strong ambition and drive
  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Located within Europe
  • If located outside Norway or Poland: Ability to work on a B2B contract (sole-proprietor) is a must-have
