Department Description:
Our Commercial Business Unit (CBU) focuses on Mid-Market (KMU/Mittelstand) & General Business (gehobener Mittelstand) customer verticals.

Customer facing travel is essential and a main priority of day to day activities. You will lead a team that is highly independent, enjoys client facing interactions across multiple locations and has deep understanding of account planning.

Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director and Business Leader to play a key role, leading highly visible and motivated Sales Executives in our expanding Sales Hub in Frankfurt.

You will be a valuable contributor to the Corporate Sales strategy in Germany and especially in the Frankfurt region.

Your Impact:

Develop the Go To Market strategy for the Frankfurt Region
Mentoring and development of sales team (about 4 direct reports / overall leading a team of 10)
Recruiting, hiring and training to expand the Frankfurt Hub
Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings
Coach and professionally develop Account Executives
Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team
Identify hiring and competency / skills gaps in Sales team


Strong demonstrated and proven software (preferably cloud) sales experience
Demonstrated people management experience of a sales team
Demonstrated experience of implementing management theories
Ability to travel EMEA wide and be based out of our Frankfurt office.
