Job Title: Regional Vice President (Salesforce CPQ & Billing)

Role Description:

We are looking for a talented 2nd line sales leader to play a key role, leading highly visible and motivated sales teams in our expanding European sales operation. The role requires strong leadership, selling, partnering, and communication skills, as well as superior sales training, managing and coaching skills. This sales team specializes in the Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing products. As a co-prime sales leader, you will be working closely with core Salesforce sales teams that your team maps to, and co-selling with them. As such, a good technical understanding of the product and a technical sales acumen is key to success. Internal partnering and relationship building are also key to success, as is an ability to provide strong sales leadership and foster seamless teamwork in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment; resulting in meeting sales and customer success goals.

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire someone who will have responsibility for managing a high-performing sales team, focusing on customers within our expanding EMEA Cloud Sales operation:

  • Supporting CPQ & Billing teams by participating in and leading client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties
  • Day-to-day, driving and managing a sales business with a strong cadence of deal closure on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories
  • Coach and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification
  • Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team
  • Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory
  • Keep abreast of products, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends. Represent CPQ & Billing at regional events, analyst and partner meetings

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 2+ years sales management experience of min. 5 people team
  • Demonstrated experience of implementing management theories
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Solid understanding of the application CRM and sale productivity software space
  • ​Prior experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience working with CPQ or billing software would be ideal
  • Bachelor’s degree qualified is preferable
  • Ability to travel EMEA wide.
