Opportunity (the job): The perfect candidate for this job is a self-starter who loves using both sides of their brain to manage both analytics and creative aspects of our marketing communication. As a Communication Manager you will be working closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement promotional campaigns across various communication platforms including social media, email, SMS/messaging, and video. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators to create consistent and engaging messaging while continuing to increase growth.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. We are open to helping you create a schedule that works for you. We can accommodate school drops off / pick ups etc.

  • Copywriting background
  • SEO knowledge and experience
  • Budget management experience

Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to): 

  • Work with brand managers to develop and implement promotional campaigns and strategies and monitor their success
  • Define key performance indicators for each communication channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success
  • Oversee Email & SMS strategy and find opportunities for growth
  • Oversee social communication strategy and community management opportunities
  • Create internal communication protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale
  • Use analytics tools to routinely measure reach and impact, make recommendations for improvements and adjust strategy to accelerate growth across Kindred Bravely, Davy Piper, and Sensible
  • Help develop promotional materials, including print, digital, and mobile
  • Source external partnership opportunities on social media and manage inquiries
  • Proof and approve email, sms, and social media copy to make sure objectives and brand voice are met
  • Assist with copywriting as needed
  • Manage, motivate, and grow direct reports professionally

Experience: 5+ years prior experience working in a marketing or communication role

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: Commensurate with Experience
