TestDome is a profitable, growth-phase startup, offering automated skill testing of job candidates before interviews. We are a small team of 11 remote employees, but we have over 5.000 customers such as eBay, PayPal, and Turkish Airlines.
We are searching for a professional, full-time SaaS Sales and Marketing Lead. That job includes both hands-on sales and marketing work, and setting goals for other people.
Your responsibilities at TestDome will be
- Setting goals and reviewing the work of the current inbound-sales person. That includes deciding on inbound sales target, structure of online demos, reviewing recorded demos and sales emails.
- Setting goals and reviewing the work of the current SEO / customer support person. That includes deciding on SEO targets, streamlining customer support, and generating leads from selected chats/emails.
- Creating marketing and sales material: website messages, customer case studies, email templates, blog posts, social media posts, comparison documents, video demos etc.
- Promoting marketing material via different channels.
- Planning, creating and executing webinars.
- Doing online customer demos (via zoom.us).
Your qualifications should be
- 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably for a SaaS products.
- Track record of closing sales of B2B software.
- Track record of creating good sales material (case studies, emails, demo scripts, etc.)
- Native-level English speaking skills.
- 2+ years of remote work experience.
- 5+ books you have read about the software sales, marketing, sales methodologies and startups, that you are able to discuss with the founders.

- Gross yearly salary in the $50,000 to $70,000 range.

Since we are a testing company, we test all applicants. Interviews are going to be done with TestDome founders.
