This Role Is For You If… You want to sell a best in class SaaS product You’re independent, self-motivated and get results You’ve got the experience + skills and want to work remotely without the commute Your qualifications: A successful track record in SaaS sales management with a focus on inside sales and SMB (3+ years) Passion for delivering value to the customer, maximizing their success. Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills. Superb written and verbal skills (with a professional yet fun demeanor) Self motivated and proactive mindset. Based in the USA, quiet home office with fast internet. Your responsibilities will include: Hire, train, motivate and hold accountable all sales positions and support them in achieving and exceeding their targets. Coach and mentor the team to improve sales processes and service our customers receive. Ensure we’re prioritizing high value leads and bringing on best fit customers Provide management and focus to drive results, set expectations, and manage performance. Monitor sales activity and evaluate against goals to measure growth, opportunity and productivity. Accurately report sales results to team and company Lead by example and work with leads/customers directly as you build out the team
