More about the roles...




• This will be a lead generation role, where you will have a key contribution to developing new business. You will also listen into Sales demo calls with CEO and Head of Sales.




• In the first instance the role will be a mixture of inbound and outbound leads but will focus on outbound leads and your skills and product knowledge develop.




ROLE:




Sales Representative: our sales representatives present and sell our business service to businesses within our niche (fitness/wellness studio owners).




RESPONSIBILITIES:




- Scheduling inbound prospects PROMPTLY




- All daily lead contact efforts, follow ups, reminders and pre-set / pre-close activities




- Successfully close prospects




- Adding incoming prospects to One Life Facebook Group




- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships




- All prospects are moved into proper stage of the pipeline via HubSpot




- Educating prospects on One Life products/business service from an expert perspective




- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments




- Allowing Head of Sales or relevant role to shadow calls to evaluate sales presentation and provide feedback




- Available most days from 9 am- 6 pm to take calls, depending on region responsibilities and working hours may change depending on which time zone you are based in




- Attend (silently) at least 1 Daily Zoom call with our clients per week




- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry




 RESULTS:




- All prospects are properly moved in HubSpot and information is documented on client details so service staff has proper expectations




- A close rate of 25% of calls showed is maintained




- Customer Status Sheet is updated daily by COB Monday-Friday




REQUIREMENTS:




- Presentable over the phone / video conference / online presence




- Experience with business to business (B2B) sales (1-2+ years)




- Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)




- Must be great at presenting




- Experience using CRM systems in sales role




- Excellent at building rapport with clients and co-workers




- Efficient with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn




- Are routine driven




- Open to growing rapidly




- Open to learning new processes in sales




- Take personal health very serious




- Self sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time




- Have access to stable WiFi connection and webcam on laptop




- Own a functioning laptop and earphones
