Sales Director

(Full-time, Remote)

We are looking for someone who will contribute heavily to the evolution of our brand.

OVERVIEW

We are an organically growing platform with over 200K users. We get 15,000+ signups each month. We are looking for a sales expert who will qualify our (free and paid) users and turn them into paying customers. You will be responsible for the whole sales cycle from prospecting internally to closing the deal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support marketing, biz-dev, product and content efforts.

  • Qualify inbound leads (15K+ signups each month) and develop relationships
  • Generate sales conversations through email campaigns (drip campaigns, in-app messages as well as outreach via external networks)
  • Coordinate product demonstrations between the customer success team and prospective customers.
  • Track communication and engagement (attention to detail is a must)
  • Close sales and assist customers with onboarding

Over time, you’ll build a sales team & repeatable processes/practices to scale. You’ll contribute heavily to the evolution of our brand. And overall, you’ll play a critical role in Xtensio’s growth.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a BA in Marketing, Communications or Business and come with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • You are growth-minded and looking to turn challenges into opportunities
  • You have a proven track record of building ongoing relationship with customers.
  • You are familiar with working remotely and using project management and communication tools like Trello, Slack and Xtensio.
  • You are an existing Xtensio user. You have used the templates, created folios and worked with the product before.
  • You are very familiar with SaaS products used by startup teams, marketing professionals.
  • You have pristine one-on-one communication skills with courtesy and professionalism.
  • You are extremely detail oriented, have an excellent memory and can multi-task to operate on complex communication flows.
  • You have user experience sensibilities and understand that your role is tightly interconnected with product and content teams’ efforts.
