The Red Hat Business team is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join us. In this role, your goal will be to make the cloud storage business and sales team at Red Hat as successful as possible. You will play a strategic role in building awareness within the Red Hat ecosystem, taking responsibility for increasing the pipeline and revenue of the cloud storage business. Sales enablement is crucial to the success of Red Hat and Red Hat’s ability to increase sales and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will work closely with the storage sales leaders worldwide, collaborating with product marketing, product management, and engineering teams to understand and identify improvements to the Red Hat Storage sales processes. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.


  • Work with the sales team to deliver necessary Red Hat’s resources to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Communicate updates to the specialists sales team on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Communicate sales inhibitors to the cloud storage and Human-computer Interaction (HCI) Business team on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Within your first 90 days on the job, establish a list of top sales inhibitors with an update process in place and an accurate pipeline of top deals needing assistance with an update process in place, as well as a process for communicating updates to and from the sales team
  • Facilitate and maintain a positive end-to-end customer experience
  • Enable the sales team to be confident with competitive engagements
  • Enable the sales team to establish C-level storage engagements
  • Introduce and manage specific Red Hat Storage programs

  • 5+ years of experience in software-defined storage (SDS) sales, presales, or business development
  • Solid knowledge of storage technologies and storage market and competition
  • Excellent communication, creative, and problem-solving skills
  • Program or project management skills are a plus
  • Cross-functional experience working with engineering, product management, and marketing teams
