Your role is essential to our success! You’ll be working directly with the VP of Sales to help achieve our ambitious sales targets. You’ll be joining the sales team to help continue the success and growth we have achieved over last 12 months. You will be tasked with managing our our AE sales "pods" to coach and support them to achieve their ambitious quotas.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll have all the support and training that you need to understand our industry and the value our product can provide. We’re looking for someone who can really hit the ground running and isn’t afraid of taking over management of the team from the get go. You should be a natural coach and mentor who can use their experience to guide and improve sales people to ensure they hit their quota.
This role will be managing a team that's split across the Atlantic, with team members both in the UK and USA. As such we think someone on the East Coast (or there abouts!) will be best situated to offer support to both timezones. Given the remote nature of this role, we are looking for someone who has a proven track record of managing a sales team remotely and understands the challenges that come with this, so proof of past experience in remote management will be a must to secure an interview.
You’ll have a lot of decision making power, autonomy and trust. We make decisions democratically and give team members the time, resource and authority to work on what they think is most important.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing, profitable startup where there are many opportunities to obtain promotions based upon merit, hard work and dedication.
