The Red Hat Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will work closely with the Partner Sales team to implement partner-led initiatives. You’ll work on projects with a global team to increase consistency and represent the Asia Pacific (APAC) in the global conversations. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you should have excellent communication skills in English, background in office systems, and experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

• Enable sales teams and partners
• Support Tier 1 partner help desk for all partner-related queries, including onboarding, FCPA check, requalification, etc.
• Provide operational support for partner-led initiatives and projects like deal registration, non-functional requirements (NFR), rebates, forecast placeholders, etc.
• Work on system and process enhancements; refine current systems and processes to increase efficiency
• Serve as a business adviser for partner businesses
• Contribute to channel-related global projects

• Bachelor's degree in business or information technology (IT); equivalent training and industry experience will also be considered
• 5+ years of commercial sales operations experience with a vendor, reseller, or distributor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Background in office systems like groupware, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation tools
• Experience with SFDC automation, CRM, and partner relationship management tools, etc.
