Kuali is looking for a Sales Operations Manager. As the sales operations manager you'll have a real impact on the success and growth of a mission-based company that's helping colleges and universities improve lives through education, research, and community service. You'll be part of a team supporting sales and marketing with technology, process, and data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and efficiency. You'll work with sales leaders and general managers to drive system and process standardization using tools, metrics, and industry best practices, with the overall goal of scaling the impact we have in this important area of society.

Key responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee all internal sales tools and resources to drive increased efficiency and productivity
  • Build, track, and analyze all sales metrics and dashboards
  • Oversee data hygiene, accuracy, and infrastructure
  • Manage how leads are routed and the sales rules of engagement
  • Work with sales leadership to administer quota and comp plans
  • Provide data-driven territory segmentation and visibility into TAM
  • Analyze forecasts and pipeline trends
  • Partner with cross product sales leadership and contribute to strategy

Requirements

The experience and technical requirements you need
  • Experience in a sales operations role
  • Expert Salesforce administration skills
  • Experience managing complex lead assignment and territory processes
  • Managed data hygiene and Salesforce architecture
If you have some of these too we’ll be delighted
  • Experience in early stage, high-growth sales environment
  • Experience with Flows, Process Builder, or Workflows
  • Experience in SaaS or in the Higher Education space
  • Salesforce certifications
