Job Description: Sales Programs Associate – Contractor

Reporting to: International Business Transformation - Success Programs

Salesforce is looking for a Sales Programs Associate responsible for Packaging our Programs. The person will join our growing Sales Programs and Business Development team in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
The role will report into the Success Programs team, a part of the International Business Transformation Team and scope of coverage is our International Programs Office team. The position will be based out of our landmark office in Dublin.
The Sales Programs office is a high pace, high impact team charged to define and deliver significant change to sales and marketing alignment along with structured demand generation efforts. Sales Programs is an important role within the Sales organisation and features a mix of Demand Generation planning/coordination/execution based on Pipeline trending analysis and participation.

Deliverables take the form of Packaging our Programs for execution, communicating these to the Sales Programs teams in-region, as well as creation of reports and dashboards in Salesforce tools to illustrate usage.

The Role

The ideal candidate will:

  • Work with Programs Office and Sales Programs stakeholders.
  • Simplify & package programs for execution via International Sales Programs Teams in-region.
  • Design & brand programs with consistent format.
  • Effectively communicate the availability & use of these Programs to the Sales Programs Team.
  • Create Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce Analytics or Salesforce App to track use of these Programs.
  • Ensure full engagement of project teams in relevant actions via ongoing communication and review of results.

Desired experience

  • 1+ years experience in a similar programs role or business development, sales readiness, marketing or sales, in a high tech environment. Combination of these an advantage.
  • Marketing / Product Marketing experience re-packaging content for teams to execute on.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Must be able to network across the company
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems.
  • Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach
  • Proactive, creative and innovative thinker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Highly collaborative style
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
  • Assertiveness, directness, and a “company first” mentality
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, experience an advantage.
  • English proficiency is a requirement, additional languages a plus.
  • BS/BA required; MBA a plus, but not required
