Description of Role:

Salesforce.com Developers work alongside our Solution Consultants to deliver successful implementations and integrations with third party and custom built applications built on the Salesforce.com/Force.com platform.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Solution design to include: (development of custom formulas, object structure, need for non-native functionality, object structure).
• In partnership with the Solution Consultant, negotiate solutions to complex business scenarios with multiple stakeholders and business use cases/agendas.
• Configuration of Salesforce.com.
• Execute on and report on the technical scope and and client expectations.
• Define, manage & execute development resource tasks.
• Coordinate solution testing and end user sign off.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Required Skills & Experience:

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 2 years Salesforce.com development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years development experience with Force.com, VisualForce or APEX.
• Minimum of 2 years experience of requirements gathering, testing & training experience.
• BA or BS in Engineering or Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience writing functional specifications, specifically for Salesforce requirements.
• Experience with data migrations from third party technology to Salesforce.com
• Experience designing and building third party integrations with Salesforce.com

PREFERRED:

• Salesforce.com Certification as either a Developer or Advanced Developer or related technical qualification.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget & Pardot).
• Development experience with either JAVA or Siebel.
• Prior OO programming in JAVA, Ruby or .Net preferred.
• Force.com platform experience.
• SSO & web services experience.
• Experience developing & maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrated leadership in either a military or civilian environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
• Excellent command of MS Office, Google Apps, Podio or similar Project Management tools.
