Salesforce QA Specialist ANYWHERE IN US IT FULL-TIME Articulate is looking for a Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our fantastic team. The Business Applications Team takes pride in providing systems to our customer-facing teams, allowing them the ability to service our customers easily. To help aid in these efforts, we are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Specialist who will help to ensure we are delivering the highest-quality products to our internal and external customers. As part of our talented and driven Business Applications Team, you’ll work closely with an awesome group of marketing, sales, customer support, customer success, and finance people. The ideal person for this job is a multi-talented individual who thrives on ensuring quality. When problems are found, you adeptly communicate them to the team and seek ways to avoid those issues in the future. Being comfortable testing custom Salesforce and third-party integrations is a must. Some more details about your day-to-day work: Create test plans and use cases Assist the team with items needing manual testing efforts Help build and expand the testing automation framework Provide estimates on the level of effort to complete items delivered Help to create supporting documentation for bugs found in the application and in third-party vendor applications A strong understanding of Salesforce limitations and concerns, and how to mitigate them when encountered, is a must. You should have a working knowledge of testing methodologies that put the customer first and a commitment to seeing those customers achieve success. You’ll verify quality through exploratory testing and develop unique and creative workflows to test products – always advocating on behalf of the customer.
