We’re looking for a creative and innovative Senior Brand Designer who will be responsible for generating design-driven ideas and executing them from start to end. A craftsman, who can work closely with the marketing team, to bring to life all the creative ideas, communications and campaigns for our fast-growing shapewear online store, Shapermint.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects, from conceptualization to delivery
• Has wide experience in digital production
• Work on a full range of design assets (E-mails, store banners, social media content, landing pages, among others).
• Is really focused on details
• Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
• Employ problem-solving skills and a full stack of design solutions to cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
• Apply typography techniques
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Increase user-friendliness in digital products
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
• Identify the absence of guidelines, concepts, or any other information he/she might consider necessary for the development of a successful graphic proposal

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role

• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have Problem-solver skills
• Work as part of a team, with a range of people
• Excellent level of english, both written and spoken
• Has wide experience in digital production
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, XD, Figma
• Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign & After Effects are desirable)
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Attention to visual details
• Desirable to have photo retouching skills
• Desirable to have packaging experience
• Must be result driven, proactive, self-motivated and a team player
• Be able to work under pressure and work with tight deadlines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
