Overall management for the sales target for a specific region and/or set of partners for deal values below £25,000 ARR. You will be responsible for driving the performance of partners while maintaining a high level of direct engagement with prospects to achieve personal sales KPIs. You will also be responsible for nurturing opportunities passed to you by sales, for return when qualified and executing on renewals for smaller customers within the region.

 

Purpose

To build sustainable partner and customer relationships and drive consistent sales pipeline growth in order to achieve booked revenue targets across targeted vertical markets and geographies.

  • Achieve annual recurring revenue targets
  • Ensure our partners love working with us and are successful
  • Work as part of a team to create shared learnings and momentum
  • Drive First Customer Meetings to ensure that the top of the funnel is healthy
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent coverage for future quota achievement
  • Ensure that the Purple brand will consistently become brand of choice in the region
  • Ensure closed as nurture opportunities are touched as agreed and passed back to sales
  • Ensure renewals are executed on time and inline with customer expectations

 

Role Competencies

Ability to:

    • Manage, execute and measure agreed sales plans
    • Work with partners to create a commercial focus and achieve agreed KPIs
    • Effectively generate pipeline and pass to sales when applicable
    • Competently prepare for an introductory sales meeting
    • Deliver challenger sales methodology with clear action when applicable
    • Navigate the sales process from end to end based on agree KPIs
    • Manage a diverse and progressive pipeline to achieve agreed quota
    • Understand when a closed to nurture opportunity is ready to be passed back to sales
    • Plan and negotiate agreed customer renewals based on expiry
    • Use data (dashboards and reports) to proactively progress opportunities
    • Forecast accurately by month, including ensuring resilience in pipeline
    • Collaborate with team and across department both locally and globally
    • Provide accurate and on-time information to line manager
