The Role

We specialize in ICO and post-ICO marketing for blockchain and decentralized projects.

As the lead marketer for hypergrowth, you will own driving and measuring growth across all stages of the ICO funnel: from building content driven marketing campaigns and community building to kickass bounty and referral programs - you know how to fundraise successfully with the crypto crowd and create impact for decentralized companies.

Track record required!

Experience:

• You are well-versed in media buying, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, remarketing, influencer and bounty campaigns, community management etc.

• You have experience developing hypotheses, running campaigns to test them, measuring the results, and reporting insights/recommended actions to the team.

• You have had success launching end-to-end campaigns, from building landing pages, to optimizing paid media on social media to running A/B & multivariate user tests.

• You understand the power of engagement marketing and brand building.

• You are a team player who can communicate proficiently in email and clearly articulate your ideas, arguments and questions.

Must have:

• Success in a similar role as a digital marketer/growth hacker

• Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, note-taking, and create clear and accurate reports.

• Passionate about how marketing tech is evolving and are on top of marketing tech innovations, tools, and trends.

• You are positive, fun, results-oriented and bring good energy to the the office.
