Come use and expand your experience in HR in an international environment. The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a Senior HR Data Coordinator to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will work as part of the Data Coordination (DC) team, processing personal and assignment data of Red Hat’s associates. You’ll also process purchase orders and invoices for the HR team and collaborate globally with Finance and IT teams. As an HR Data Coordinator, you will be expected to continually update process documentation and maintain confidentiality about all information that you’ll be assigned to work with.


  • Ensure that the high volume of data coordination (DC) transactions is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Input and audit personal and assignment data of Red Hat’s associates in the database of our associates
  • Process purchase orders on behalf of HR and send invoices for payment
  • Understand all DC processes and support global entries in the employee database
  • Work in our ticketing system and meet designated service-level agreements (SLAs) for tickets assigned to you
  • Help keep the process documentation updated
  • Maintain complete confidentiality at all times
  • Support data management initiatives that include detailed report analysis
  • Lead process enhancements and work transitions
  • Collaborate with Red Hat’s associates across the globe, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams

  • 5-7 years of work experience with HR, Finance, or customer service
  • Bachelor's degree
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Proficiency in the use of office software spreadsheets
  • Fluent language skills in English
  • Experience working in shared services is a plus
