Upwork has partnered with a Forbes multi-billion dollar company, that quickly and accurately delivers business and financial information, as well as, news and insight around the world.

They are now looking for an expert eLearning Instructional Designer.

In this role, you will use your expertise to convert existing instructor-led training materials into interactive and comprehensive eLearning content as well as, developing new online learning content.

• You will use your Instructional Design expertise to create storyboards with the provided course content
• You will create and publish final eLearning content which may contain images, video, animations, knowledge checks (Using Articulate 360 as authoring tool is highly preferred); You will also create embedded video and voice-over as applicable
• You will work closely with the Project Manager on gathering feedback from learners and make amendments/revisions based on it.
• You will proactively suggest creative ideas regarding flow, activities, graphics and content
• You will collaborate with the SMEs to create effective learning experiences for employees

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Instructional Design methodology and application.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and concepts.
• Expertise with virtual training design and development
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with SMEs in a team environment
• Excellent knowledge of eLearning development tools and software (Articulate 360 is highly preferred)
• Portfolio of relevant work examples.
