Whilst we move head-first through this pandemic, we are business as usual (albeit working remotely) and are now hiring a Senior iOS Developer, to join the MEGA team based at our head office in Auckland (when the time is right).

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior iOS Developer with a minimum of 5 years working on mobile apps. Experience with cloud-based solutions is highly desirable. Day to day, you’ll be working on new feature development, bug fixing, testing, code-reviewing.

As you embed yourself within our team, you’ll be looked upon to provide leadership and guidance to our highly talented NZ team. You’ll come up with new ideas, working alongside our Lead iOS Developer based in Spain.  You’ll look at upgrades, new functionality and new ways to organise workflow to the teams.

Requirements


* Proficiency using Objective-C, Swift, iOS, GIT, Cocoa Touch and AutoLayout.

* An understanding of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, along with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning is highly desired, as is C and C++!

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* An understanding of UI/UX standards relating to web technologies.

* Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.
