3-4 years experience with Laravel
Proven record of successful Laravel projects
WP plugin integration (nice to have, not 100% needed)

OOP PHP 7+, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript

Ships code daily to GitHub (doesn't ship excuses)

Works with our development lead. Daily check-in and updates
